Customer Service to Sky Tower Groups Administrator

I noticed I had a real passion for people, giving great customer service and enjoyed working hard and being hands on. It is a really rewarding career being able to make a difference to someone’s occasion or holiday.

Being able to meet and have a conversation with a complete stranger that has travelled to New Zealand from all over the world. I have been able to learn something new every time I speak to someone and incorporate that knowledge into my own adventures around the world.

The Sky Tower is a part of the “World Federation of Great Towers” so when I was in Hong Kong, my friend and I were lucky enough to visit their tower the “Sky100” for free! Not only did I get to enjoy an incredible view, it was an awesome experience where I was also able to compare and see what they had to offer.

Working in this industry is not just a job but a lifestyle. You will meet and gain new friends along the way and share experiences together, like trying out new restaurants and activities together. At the end of the day you’re working but having fun – and you get a second family.
