Eat my lunch
Eat my lunch’s model of Buy One, Give One makes it so easy for anyone to contribute through the purchase of something as simple as a lunch. They are the catering choice that makes a big difference and every lunch bought means they can give a lunch to a Kiwi kid who would otherwise go without. It’s a little gesture that’s had a great impact for so many Kiwi kids. While eat my lunch has a wonderful team of 45 (& growing) employees, to make the lunches for their Buying customers, they also have a team of volunteers who come in at 6:30am every school morning to help make the Give lunches for the kids. Since they started in 2015, they have had over 12,000 people from all parts of the community come together to make fresh, healthy lunches that get delivered to over 1850 kids that very same day. They love that they have a waiting list for volunteering – it means that so many Kiwis are willing to take action to help achieve a common purpose. Bring your group along to volunteer with the eat my lunch team, purchase and take your own lunch with you and start your day off the right way.
